  Food is good but you would definitely expect more for what they cost. Service is excellent. The shop might need a renovation for my personal taste, looks like 80s style.

  Great taste from home - Michael's has that missing ingredient found in authentic Malaysian and Singaporean food.
  
  Most places in Brisbane offer a facsimile - close but not quite right. So I've always had a hankering for the real stuff when I am in Malaysia and Singapore. Now I don't.
  
  Love the presentation of the food that rivals high end restaurants and hotels over in Singapore. And this makes it really good value.
  
  Michael is the consummate host. Even with a full party going on in the function room, he was always attentive and offered great recommendation.
